Togetherall: A safe online community where people support each other anonymously through wellbeing and mental health.
CAMH: From assessment to brief interventions, inpatient programs, day hospital services, continuing care, outpatient services and family support, CAMH provides a wide range of clinical care services.
BounceBack Ontario: We're designed to help adults and youth 15+ manage low mood, mild to moderate depression and anxiety, stress or worry. Delivered over the phone with a coach and through online videos!
eMentalHealth: Find therapy and counseling in your area!
The Ontario Caregiver: The support they provide can include grocery or prescription delivery, friendly phone calls, and donation of games, tablets or other items to help engage people during social isolation.
WellnessTogether: Find 24/7 help! They provide free resources for mental health and substance use support
Family Connection Program: An evidence-based 12-week group that meets weekly to provide education, skills training, and support for people who are in a relationship with someone who has emotion dysregulation or related problems. It is provided free of charge to participants.
