God is Love and God loves all of us (if you get confused by the rest feel free to stop there!)

We believe in Jesus as the greatest expression of God and was fully human and fully divine.

We believe that Jesus can transform individuals and neighbourhoods and invites us to join in that process of transformation

We believe that Christ calls us to unity and a commitment to love God and our neighbours

We believe in the power and promise of resurrection and new life in Christ and we believe that the Christian life is about what God is doing in us and through us today, not just what happens when we die

We believe in the Holy Spirit as Jesus’ gift to all and that this Spirit lives in each of us

We believe the Bible is inspired by God and that God speaks to us through these words, stories, and promises today

We believe Scripture, tradition, reason and experience are all part of determining our community’s direction and values

We believe the church is God’s idea and that when it is working right has the potential to be the Hope of the world!

We believe that every person has been given spiritual gifts and is called to participate as part of God’s work in the world
