Step 1: DARE TO SHARE

SHARE LOVE:

•  Love Your Neighbourhood - go outside and clean up your street, park, or help a neighbor
• Feed Your Neighbours - donate to the Food Cupboard for the Easter Outreach
• Share Prayer - take a prayer shawl or blanket to someone who needs a warm hug of faith
• Share Love - take communion cups to those who are shut in, neighbours who are not able to come to the church, other family members. etc. and share Communion on their porches, at their front doors, in their building lobbies.  

Step 2: SUPPORT OUR FOOD CUPBOARD FAMILIES:

We are planning on providing some extra items for our families to support their Easter celebrations. We are requesting donations of boxed potatoes, mustard, a variety of tinned vegetables, tinned fruits, and bottles of ginger ale. Donations of Easter chocolate to be shared among the families would also be appreciated. 

Please consider donating some of the items listed above or donate to nbuc.ca/give and direct your funds to the Food Cupboard for us to use in the purchase of grocery cards or grocery items. 

We are committed to continuing to support any and all families struggling with food insecurity. If you know of any families who would benefit from support, please refer them to our Food Cupboard (foodcupboard@nbuc.ca or 905-450-7003 ext. 208).
